Created in the 50's by Jacques Bel, Bel Maille specialises in the production of circular knitted fabrics for Men, Women and Children's ready-to-wear industry, as well as underwear, swimwear, fabrics for sports and industrial technical textiles.

Subsequent to a fire in January 1989, Bel Maille was re-located to its new 11 000 m² site in Riorges consisting of :

• - Workshops 4 000 m²
• - Storage 6 100 m²
• - Offices 500 m²

Bel Maille has integrated knitting, finishing and the sales of highly creative and technical knitting within the same unit.

The 600 products collection, in more than 1 600 different colours, increases daily by 3 new creations.
Our Design office and the Research and Development department work continuously to create new styles and are regularly assisted by external Design Offices.
Our products are mainly designed for manufacturers, central buyers and industrial users in  technical knitting.
